  • Ingredients:

    • juice of a lemon
    • couple of fresh rosemary sprigs.
    • 2 teaspoons of herb yeast salt (available online or at Julia’s Herbal Health Clinic)
    • 1 cup of either Brazil nuts or Almonds.
    • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Instructions:

    1. Squeeze the juice of a lemon and place in the blender with the sprigs of rosemary.
    2. Place all the other ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Delicious on bread.
