  • Ingredients:

    • Six Large beetroot grated.
    • Three cloves of garlic crushed
    • Four teaspoons grated fresh turmeric
    • Two leeks sliced
    • One carton of Campbell's vegetable Stock
    • One carton of water
  • Instructions:

    1. Place all the ingredients in a pot and cook until soft.
    2. Place in a blender and blend for two minutes. Serve with home-made bread.
