  • On mother's day I created a recipe involving Salmon, rice, peas and onions.

    First I pan-fried the salmon, then I added a glazing of soya sauce and brown sugar.

    I also cooked onion in a pan until it was caramelized, then I blended it to make a sauce.

    I cooked some rice in a pot and added fresh broccoli to it then I plated it up… Yum!
