  • Carrot Salad Ingredients:

    • 6 grated carrots
    • 1 cup of shredded coconut
    • 1 cup of bean sprouts
    • 1 cup of sunflower seeds toasted
    • 1 cup of chopped parsley
  • Carrot Salad Instructions:

    1. Place all the above in a salad bowl and add the following dressing.
  • Salad Dressing Ingredients:

    • juice and zest of 2 oranges
    • 1 teaspoon herb yeast salt
    • 1 clove of garlic minced
    • 1 teaspoon of honey
    • half a cup of olive oil.
  • Salad Dressing Instructions:

    1. Mix all the ingredients together
    2. Then pour and mix through the salad
