  • Ingredients:

    • Two and a quarter cups of gluten free rolled oats or almond flour two and a quarter cups.
    • One cup of sunflower seeds
    • One cup of pumpkin sees
    • One cup of almonds.
    • Three quarters of a cup of flaxseeds
    • Three tablespoons chia seeds
    • Two tablespoons of pure maple syrup.
    • Quarter of a cup of olive oil.
    • Two and a half cups of water.
  • Instructions:

    1. Grease loaf tin with olive oil.
    2. Place the nuts on an oven tray and toast for ten minutes.
    3. Place the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until it is evenly distributed.
    4. Then place the mixture in the loaf tin and cover with glad wrap.
    5. Leave in the fridge for three hours. Remove and let it come to room temperature before placing in a pre-heated oven at 180c for one hour. 
    6. Remove from the oven and leave to cool before slicing.
